We have combined 3 of our South Florida projects into one portfolio. What this means is that you have the ability to invest into a portfolio with one investment. These projects were strategically handpicked by our development team not only for the luxury of diversification, but for the benefit of quicker returns for our partners and investors. These 3 projects will be completed over the next 20-22 months one after the other. As investors we will not have to wait for the completion of all 3 projects to enjoy the healthy returns being offered. As each project is completed and closed out, your returns will be divested out proportionally. There are also a few bonuses we have added to Bundle 100 that allows our investors to share the benefits of some of the extras that come with being a development partner.
